EMG TOPFIT

TOPFIT is a project aimed at implementing the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) in the EMG group. For this purpose two CIP appointees are always made available whose primary goal is to identify waste and to continually develop waste-free processes and standards. Launched in 2005, the first workshops with staff from the administrative division will also be conducted beginning in 2010 after successful projects in the production divisions.
