IDC 32
Intelligent Decentralized Controller
IDC 32 is a digital compact controller with digital and analogue inputs and outputs. The IDC 32 can be used wherever electrohydraulic and electromechanical drives are to be adjusted or controlled. Possible controlled variables are for example, stroke, speed, power, angle, number of revolutions, pressure, torque or capacity and combinations of these variables. An analogue current output is suitable for direct connection to a hydraulic servovalve. Depending on the requirements, 1 or 2 drives can be controlled using an IDC 32.
Technical features:
- Fast reading of sensor signals and data interfacing with other decentralized controller type IDC32 via the serial communication interface CANopen
- Current output for drive of servo valves and plunger coil regulator
- Power outputs for operating directional valves
- Voltage output for control of frequency converter and automation drives
- Unipolar power supply 24V DC
- A fast and safe communication interface to a line PLC via Profibus DP slave, MODBUS-RTU, DeviceNet, etc. can be realized as optional extra
