EMG Automation GmbH has been known as an acknowledged place for qualified education for more than 60 years now. Conscious of our responsibility for the youth in this region, more than 1200 young people have received a qualified apprenticeship since the foundation of EMG. And this number will continue to grow!

The course of apprenticeship at EMG is structured into training programs following a time schedule and technical competencies. EMG generally educates in a dual system. Practical training in the company and theoretical education in the professional school intertwine and complement each other. The apprenticeship is carried out according to the legitimate required training regulations.

The practical apprenticeship is conducted on the typical operational procedures of the operational functional area. Furthermore, the knowledge gained in the operational area or the professional school is deepened by internal education. Experienced training supervisors and qualified employees take care of our apprentices. The apprenticeship generally lasts from 3 to 3.5 years and ends with the final examination of the chamber of commerce and industry. It is possible to get a time reduction due to former qualification.
