Quality must be planned, put into practice and implemented!

EMG Automation GmbH's quality demands are based on customer expectations, responsibility to the environment and on a technically and economically feasible optimum. The heart of this policy is the strict quality directives of the DIN ISO 9001:2000.

The staff in all departments are responsible for quality. Our efforts are co-ordinated by the head of Quality Control. He reports directly to Management and has the necessary authority and technical testing equipment to implement our ideas internally and externally. This includes quality planning, control and monitoring.

Quality Control is independent of all other EMG departments. The employees who are trusted with monitoring tasks are specially trained and neutral testers according to their function.

The objective of EMG's Quality Assurance System is to fulfill, point by point, all requirements made by standards, regulations, customers or internal rules.

Quality assurance runs through all stages of an order. This starts with checking the relevant quotation and order documents and continues through to Development and Design. Furthermore, this includes selecting and screening sub-contractors, production planning and controlling on-schedule provision of production means and maintaining their functionality. It comprises documentation of all processing and testing criteria. It determines the rules for product handling during storage and shipment and prevents or fixes immediately any influences that may impair quality. Continual training and further educational programs foster our employees' knowledge of the importance of quality for all operations and processes. The high quality of our products proves this.
