Compact hydraulic control system

Whether from the standard product range or as a customized assembly – all HST hydraulic controls fit everywhere with their compact design, and offer a variety of possibilities for optional expansion.

The EMG delivery range hydraulic valve stand includes a great number of compact hydraulic controls with nominal sizes between NG 6 and NG 16 for use in the immediate vicinity of the hydraulic cylinders.

The following optional extras are available for hydraulic control systems:

• pressure filter as spacer plate or integrated in the piping
• interlocking valves
• shut-off valves in the lines
• intermediate measuring plate with Minimess connection and pressure gauge
• drip oil collector pans
• terminal box

EMG servo valves are essential components of hydraulic control systems. Depending on the application, additional directional valves may be provided, e.g. for controlling a snubber roll and/or an immersion roll.

For special applications, project-specific hydraulic control systems are produced. The supply of hydraulic fluid is fed from the customer's central hydraulic system or from an EMG hydraulic power unit.
